Conditions of Use

Terms
All sales are C.O.D., cash only.  Company checks are accepted upon prior approval.  Returned checks are
subject to a $25 service charge.  American Express, Master Card and Visa are accepted.
Sales Tax
Kaeding performance is required to charge applicable California sales tax on all items for which a sales
tax exemption certificate has not been provided.  (California sales only)
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice.  All part numbers and specifications are also subject to
change without notice.
Returns
All returns must have prior approval.  Special orders are not returnable.  Shipments being returned must
be prepaid.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.  No returns accepted after 30 days from
date of shipment.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped F.O.B. warehouse.  Orders will be shipped UPS ground, unless specified other-
wise.
Foreign Orders
All orders must be paid in advance, in full, in U.S. currency.  Funds must be a cashier’s check drawn on a
U.S. bank.  Additional shipping documentation and insurance costs may be applied and are paid for by
the customer.
Warranty
All products, and each part thereof, is sold AS IS, and with all faults.  There is no warranty either ex-
pressed or implied.  Kaeding performance, will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from
the use of these products.  Racing is a dangerous activity.  The user shall determine the suitability and
safety of the product for it’s intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connec-
tion therewith.
